Our company is a spin-off of Twente University offering state of the art Facial Recognition technology combined with a Privacy Proof ecosystem that ensures users full transparency and control, unlocking the full potential for biometric recognition technology.
Our company is offering privacy to users that result in safety, security, comfort and/or the convenience and clears the way for companies to adopt biometrics in their solutions. It is even safer than any other system because it needs an individual’s actual physical presence.
Technology Features, Specifications and Advantages
Our company is a spin-off from the University of Twente in The Netherlands and is a fast-growing scale-up that offers biometric recognition in a privacy-proof system. Biometric recognition is a key enabling technology that is becoming mainstream. This because it brings two enormous benefits, convenience and safety. Because you are recognized in an instant, a wide spectrum of possibilities opens up, such as access and facility management, time and attendance registration, hospitality, ticketing.
We have built an ecosystem of self-enrollment, consent and personal data release management (PDRM) around the core technology of biometric recognition.
Self enrollment: a user puts himself in the system through an app. A photo is taken in the app, the photo goes through the algorithm that extracts facial vectors after which the photo is discarded. The facial vectors are encrypted and stored decentralised in a personalized vault. The encrypted facial vectors are used for recognition.
Consent: a user always gives permission to be recognized by an endpoint (a camera or group of cameras If the user does not give permission, the person will not be recognized.
Personal data release management (PDRM): Every user has a personal safe in which he or she secures the personal data. During recognition, the data - that the user has entered himself and that the user consciously gives permission for recognizing side to use - is released. For access management, for example, this can be the name or personnel number, but it can also be age, when purchasing alcohol or tobacco
