Technology Features, Specifications and Advantages

While most AI solutions focus mainly on the “IQ” aspect of intelligence, emotional intelligence or “EQ” is just as important for machines to be able to interact with humans effectively and naturally.

Opsis' facial expressions detection technology is an essential component for understanding human emotions. Using advanced image processing and computer vision with close to a million psychometric real person trained data, Opsis utilised machine learning technology to automatically conduct non-intrusive emotion analysis. Our machine learning algorithms are able to detect subtle expressions through real-time analysis for intervention, based on thousand of moods trained.

We have build a video platform to support any video calls via different services (e.g., Zoom, Skype, and others). Our focus is the ease of deployment through computer or smartphones. This will avoid the need for the caller to install a special app, and allow both caller and consultant to use existing video call services. We have implement a live screen capture from different video communication services or apps, which will then be fed directly to our API for the analysis of caller expressions and emotions. The live analysis can be used to provide immediate feedback to the differbt stake-holders.

1.     Market Research : To evaluate if the advertising evoked the intended emotion and predict sales. Solution for participants to view ads, while their facial reactions were captured via webcam and the emotional responses.

Using content evaluation tool that helps advertisers maximize the emotional and business impact of an ad.
